Description
I am a Doctoral level Clinical Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO). As part of my degree, I spent several years getting extra training in the area of health and rehabilitation psychology. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
For the past 20 years, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, anticipatory grief and complex bereavement, as well as rehabilitation and survivorship challenges. When working with individuals and families, I am committed to providing the highest level of evidence-based care in order to ensure the best possible outcomes. In my experience, I have found that taking enough time to build a strong therapeutic relationship and understand each person`s unique needs is an essential foundation for working together on identified challenges and goals.
