I am a Registered Psychotherapist- Qualifying (RP-Q) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) under the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT). I was born and raised in Maple, Ontario. I completed my Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Human Services & Social Service Worker at Tyndale University, North York, ON. I completed my Masters of Arts (M.A.) in Community and Clinical Mental Health Counselling at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, U.S. I have experience working with strictly court mandated clients during my experience in Detroit, Michigan coming from a population of diverse backgrounds. My experience ranges from trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, abuse, homicidal, anger management, grief and loss, relationships problem, self-esteem/confidence, and complex mental health issues. I have a strong clinical interest in trauma and sexual assault and its impacts on individuals, families, and communities. I possess extensive experience working as an individual and family therapist that has provided services to adults, youths, and their parents.

I am passionate about guiding my clients towards hope in the midst of suffering. I have assisted many individuals in overcoming various struggles of life. Once negative beliefs are uncovered further steps are taken to compassionately challenge the client to address these issues.

We work together to unblend the roots of your pain and discover a fountain of new strengths that leads to a transformation.
