I am a Registered Dietitian who believes that food should be nourishing and enjoyable. My goal is to support individuals in managing their chronic conditions through diet and nutrition in a non-judgmental and all-food-fit approach. My practice focus includes PCOS, pregnancy, diabetes, heart health, fatty liver and digestive concerns. I also provide services in Cantonese.
