My approach: In adult populations I take a weight-inclusive approach to ensure treatment of the root cause of an individual’s health concerns. In paediatric populations I practice using the Division of Responsibility ™ model to encourage forming positive relationships with food in the next generation. I use evidence-based practice, coupled with staying up to date with the latest trends and movements in nutrition to deliver personalized care.
