University Physiotherapy is a comprehensive physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Halifax’s university and hospital district. Our multidisciplinary team provides a variety of assessment and treatment services to help manage injuries and facilitate return to activity.
Shoulder Clinic:
Our staff has a great deal of interest in injury and dysfunction of the shoulder. The clinic is involved in clinical research related to certain types of shoulder injuries. Sports injuries, trauma and post-operative care are just some of the conditions of the shoulder routinely managed at the clinic. The health care staff provide postgraduate education to other clinicians related to the shoulder and upper quadrant of the body.
