My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply while better coping with change. Though my professional training is rooted in a solid theoretical base, I lean toward practicing from a Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Approach that is emotionally based and in short-term brief modalities that are client-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based. These approaches | modalities are combined with a supple blending from a mind, body, and spirit perspective, utilized to help you develop the skills, techniques, strategies, and consciousness needed so that you may gain greater awareness, insight, and the tools to navigate successfully your emotions, thoughts, experiences, and spiritual understandings for greater alignment and healing. You may also gain insight into lifestyle habits that may be keeping you stuck in harmful patterns.
