My name is Holly Heartz I am a registered dietitian who is board certified in sport nutrition. Helping individuals from recreational to elite athletes enhance performance through nutrition. My services also include: Individual Counselling, Group Presentations and Contracting Services.
My Nutrition Philosophy:
I aim to support athletes and active individuals in their nutrition and performance goals. Doing so includes treating you as an individual and considering your health and well-being.
Meals and snacks that are enjoyable and fuel the body are important in meeting this goal. Restriction and labeling food good or bad are not part of my process and is not necessary. Continuing a good relationship with food is of utmost importance.
