Mettle Counselling

Mettle Counselling offers support for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, grief, and other life challenges.
I am a counselling therapist in private practice, supporting individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, grief, and concerns related to the climate crisis. I offer a person-centered, eclectic approach, i.e. I adapt to
best serve the needs of the person I`m working with. The modalities I draw from include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and a positive, holistic approach to assessing and treating ADHD.
“Mettle” refers to “the ability to face life`s challenges with spirit and resilience”. In releasing trauma, working through grief, reducing anxiety and depression, and understanding yourself and your relationships differently, together we can strengthen your mettle.
