Live-Laugh-Love Alternative Wellness in St. Albert, Alberta

Welcome to Live-Laugh-Love Alternative Wellness! I’m Toni Snyder, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and holistic practitioner based in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. I work out of Karmaste Massage and Wellness, a premier clinic located in Riel Business Park (www.karmastemassageandwellness.ca).

I offer a diverse range of alternative wellness sessions, including Massage Therapy, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, Reflexology (for feet, hands, face, and ears), Akashic Records Healing/Reading Sessions, Access Bars, and Sound Healing with Tuning Forks. Additionally, I teach Usui Reiki workshops.

Since starting my Reiki journey in 2016, I have expanded my practice to include Reflexology and other modalities, leading to the evolution of Live-Laugh-Love Reiki & Reflexology into Live-Laugh-Love Alternative Wellness. I am a proud member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and offer direct billing for massage therapy through most insurance companies.
