Meet Sabrina Martelli – Owner & Founder

Sabrina Martelli, MSW, is a highly qualified grief and trauma therapist with over two decades of experience. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Toronto and holds a Certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Wilfrid Laurier University. Alongside her private practice in Rockwood, Sabrina has extensive experience in the healthcare sector and currently works with the School Board. Additionally, she is a mother, author, and motivational speaker.

Sabrina’s therapeutic approach is tailored to individual needs, drawing on strengths-based, motivational, systems, play-based, and mindfulness methods. She is trauma-informed and trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), specializing in working with First Responders. Sabrina believes that effective therapy is built on a collaborative, authentic relationship between client and therapist, fostering hope and meaningful change. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that while life’s challenges and pain are difficult, they can also lead to personal growth and learning.
