I’m Shauna Wallace, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Burlington, Ontario, with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, I work with diverse individuals, from young adults to older adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges. In addition to my professional background, I’m also a group fitness instructor, which fuels my interest in the mind-body connection and its impact on mental health.
