Meet April Griffin, MSW RSW: April Griffin is a seasoned counsellor with over 19 years of experience. Her journey began with providing foot care in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, where she deeply engaged with residents’ stories of pain and resilience. April holds a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia and has spent the past decade working in the public health system, offering support for trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and mental health challenges.

As a mother of three, April’s personal experiences have profoundly shaped her approach to counselling. Her hobbies include spending quality time with friends, singing, swimming, biking, playing soccer, and enjoying family pizza nights.
