Hello! My name is Elizabeth Fougere, and I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), proudly graduated from ICT Northumberland College’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy program in 2019. I am excited to offer Massage Therapy services full-time at 530 Portland Street, specializing in treating a variety of acute, subacute, and chronic conditions. I develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Some common conditions I treat include postural strains, sprains, overuse injuries, and neurological disorders. I also have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and anxiety disorders.
