Description
Currently supporting clients through in-person, virtual means and in-home for those living in North Mississauga through the following aspects: End-of-Life Palliative Diagnoses, Bereavement and Loss, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Trauma, PTSD, and Relationship Issues/Changes.
I`ve come from a long line of listen-first, talk-second men who believe in being present, intentional and real with those who they encounter. I approach every conversation, personally and professionally, with patience, compassion and love
I`ve had the privilege and honour of supporting individuals and families traversing palliative care, end-of-life care and as caregivers go through their grief journey for over 10 years. Due to the unprecedented times as of late, I also support clients through a wide range of challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I graduated from the University of Waterloo with my Master of Social Work in 2019. Continuing education is my greatest passion.
When it comes to your process, I utilize a combination of clinical knowledge and expertise to uniquely analyze and support your psycho-social/emotional needs. Currently supporting clients through virtual means and in-home for those living in North Mississauga through the following aspects: End-of-Life Palliative Diagnoses, Bereavement and Loss, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Trauma, PTSD, and Relationship Issues/Changes.
Many of us have become comfortable within our own homes and spaces. I aim to support clients in re-igniting those social networks and past times and find positives and possibilities within your life`s story.
