Providing psychotherapy by video counselling to individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma.

I believe that a compassionate, trusting therapeutic relationship assists us to safely explore our hearts and minds. With more self awareness, compassion and understanding, we can fully realize our potential.

Online Psychotherapy:

Do you wish to move past the obstacles in your life? I will support and accompany you in identifying your values, strengths, and abilities in support of your personal goals. Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and/or relationship difficulties, it is important to choose a psychotherapist with whom you feel safe.

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, supportive and empowering. Together we will work to set meaningful and achievable goals that support your journey.

In my practice, you can expect:

A safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, be heard and supported with compassion.

I employing a person-centred approach that includes DBT, CBT, Trauma - Informed, and ACT therapies.

I am a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and Acadia University, Nova Scotia, and hold an M. Ed. (Counselling). I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist .

Sessions are available on weekdays or weekends 8 am to 7 pm.
