As a doctoral-level psychologist, I offer high-quality psychological care through phone and video sessions for clients located in Alberta and Manitoba. During the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, my services are exclusively available online.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of scientifically supported techniques to best address your unique concerns. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a cornerstone of my practice due to its effectiveness for many issues, I also integrate various other methods as needed. These include Mindfulness Training, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). For trauma-related issues, I utilize Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). We will discuss these approaches in detail to determine the best fit for your needs before starting therapy.
I provide individual therapy for adults, both male and female, aged 18 and older. My practice encompasses both clinical and performance psychology. I work with a diverse clientele: approximately half are individuals experiencing mental health challenges ranging from moderate to severe, while the other half includes athletes, performers, and executives. Whether you are dealing with mental health difficulties, performance-related issues, or seeking to enhance your existing skills, my goal is to help you improve your functioning and quality of life.
