Description

Nourishment for midlife and beyond

Why Nutrition for Midlife?

Midlife is a time of incredible change. Beginning in our 40’s, our bodies start to show the first signs of aging, hormone levels decline, and health challenges can appear or worsen.

Nutrition is a powerful tool that can help you manage your energy levels and delay, or possibly prevent, some of the health conditions that come with aging. Whether it’s digestive issues from resulting from perimenopause, managing high cholesterol, or learning to eat well for aging with a busy schedule, good nourishment can help you feel your best stay healthy.

My areas of practice include:

-Active Living and Healthy Aging

-Women's Health (PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause/menopause)

-Food Relationship and Intuitive Eating

-Health Management (heart disease, kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune disorders)

-Weight-Inclusive/HAES Informed
