Baseline Health & Wellness is a holistic health clinic focused on educating, empowering and helping individuals manage their conditions. We look to foster a partnership between the patient and the care provider to establish desired goals and a plan towards achieving those goals. We believe that clients deserve to be taught methods to be in charge of their own health. Clients will go through an extensive history, exam and diagnosis with a thorough report of findings prior to treatment. Treatment will be individualized for the problem found and it will often include a combination of muscle work, joint work and take home exercises.
