Founded by a passionate Early Childhood Educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies from Ryerson University, Bright Minds Care Inc. is led by a mother who understands the importance of high-quality child care. With years of experience in education and child care, our founder is dedicated to matching families with the best home child care providers.

Our Values

At Bright Minds Care Licensed Home Child Care Agency, we are dedicated to a relationship-focused approach to ensure success for both parents and providers. Our home child care providers are passionate and experienced professionals in the child care field. We work closely with parents, providers, and Home Child Care Consultants to deliver the best possible experience for each child.

Our providers receive ongoing professional development through one-on-one sessions with their Home Child Care Consultant, as well as group training and workshops. All providers are carefully vetted, undergoing medical checks, criminal reference checks, employment verification, and First Aid/CPR certification. In addition, they receive training on Ministry of Education CCEYA requirements and agency policies and procedures.
