At the ADHD & Spectrum Centre in Guelph, Ontario, our mission is to unite and empower the ADHD and autistic communities through research-based education and treatment focused on neurodiversity. We believe that ADHD and Autism are often misunderstood superpowers and evolutionary traits that come without a manual. Our goal is to bridge this gap and offer comprehensive support to those diagnosed, as well as their partners, parents, therapists, and allies.

Our team, including our founder, comprises practitioners who are themselves diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. This unique perspective allows us to provide empathetic and effective support where traditional mental health approaches may fall short.
