I am passionate about delivering strength-based and solution-focused psychotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I provide trauma-informed services to adults, youth and children struggling with mental health challenges. I am passionate about my work with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, strong emotions and survivors of interpersonal and narcissistic abuse. This includes clients who self-harm or present with suicidal thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About Rhonda:<br>I an a client-centered Registered Psychotherapist, MA, RP (Qualifying) professional who applies Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis and Play Therapy.
