I believe that&nbsp;<strong>therapy<\/strong>&nbsp;should be personalized to fit each individual, which is why I collaborate with clients to integrate their&nbsp;<strong>culture<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>beliefs<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>values<\/strong>&nbsp;into the therapeutic process, along with my clinical expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I utilize a&nbsp;<strong>client-centered approach<\/strong>&nbsp;and employ a range of therapeutic methods including&nbsp;<strong>Internal Family Systems (IFS)<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)<\/strong>.
