Each one of us also had previous careers and life experiences relative to the work we do, with a focus in creative fields or other areas of therapy or counselling such as Organizational Psychology, Addictions Treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Let us help you live a more peaceful and joyous life. We provide effective &amp; goal focused therapy to promote individual and relationship change. Collectively we have experience with;<\/p>\n<p>Anxiety<br \/>Gender Issues<br \/>Communication<br \/>Disordered Eating<br \/>OCD<br \/>Depression<br \/>Career or School Challenges<br \/>Grief<br \/>Trauma<br \/>Relationships and Life Transition<br \/>Addictions and more.<\/p>\n<p>Our services are evidence-based, using CBT, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Mindfulness for example. Some of us are trained in ACT, IFS and other models. We welcome and respect diversity and are LGBTQ2S+ friendly, welcome teens and adults. Services are supervised by a Registered Psychologist when required.
