We provide <strong>general and specialized psychotherapy and counseling services<\/strong> both online and in-person for adults, children, and adolescents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our therapeutic services are characterized by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Person-centered and non-judgmental care<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trauma-informed practices<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anti-racist and anti-oppressive approaches<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gender-affirming support<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Body-positive and body-neutral perspectives<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sex-positive and harm-reducing methodologies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsiveness to individual lived experiences, including oppression and marginalization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness of the power dynamics within the therapist-client relationship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LGBTQQIP2SAA inclusivity<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessibility for individuals living with disabilities (note: our office space has stairs, making it not physically accessible)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work in Progress<\/strong> aims to address human suffering, combat the corporatization of mental wellness, challenge stigma in mental health, and eliminate long waitlists. Our team is skilled in various therapeutic modalities, including <strong>Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)<\/strong>, <strong>Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)<\/strong>, <strong>EMDR<\/strong>, exposure therapy, and narrative therapy.
