My goal is to hold space for your story, promote self-compassion, and help you listen to your body\u2019s needs. By working together, I will support you in developing the skills to trust yourself and liberate your body from societal expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No matter your body size, you deserve to live fully and feel free!
