She is also the author of the renowned book, <em>The Mindful Eating Workbook: Simple Practices for Nurturing a Positive Relationship with Food<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vincci takes a <strong>collaborative<\/strong> and <strong>compassionate approach<\/strong> to <strong>nutrition counselling<\/strong> and coaching, informed by <strong>social justice<\/strong>, <strong>Health at Every Size\u00ae<\/strong>, <strong>intuitive eating<\/strong>, and <strong>mindful eating<\/strong> philosophies. Her mission is to empower clients to connect with their <strong>inner wisdom<\/strong> when making decisions about food, eating, and overall well-being. She advocates for <strong>equity<\/strong> and <strong>dignity for all<\/strong>, regardless of body size, ability, or identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born in <strong>Hong Kong<\/strong> and raised in <strong>Calgary<\/strong>, Vincci earned her <strong>Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences<\/strong> from McGill University and completed its integrated dietetic internship program.
