Cathy Cooke, MSW – Registered Social Worker<\/strong>
Cathy has extensive experience working in youth justice<\/strong> and hospice care<\/strong>, with a special interest in supporting the mental health<\/strong> of the older population<\/strong>. Her approach focuses on building connection, providing mental health support<\/strong>, and developing coping strategies<\/strong> to help clients overcome life\u2019s challenges. With many years of diverse experience, Cathy offers guidance and encouragement to help you achieve your goals with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cassandra Jcoco, MSW – Registered Social Worker<\/strong>
Cassandra earned her Master\u2019s Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor and has a background as a Child and Youth Worker<\/strong>. She brings over 10 years of experience working with children<\/strong>, youth<\/strong>, and adults<\/strong>. Cassandra specializes in eating disorders<\/strong>, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)<\/strong>, and supporting clients through life’s evolving challenges. Her goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to navigate their unique journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abbey Stotts, MSW – Registered Social Worker<\/strong>
Abbey offers mental health counselling<\/strong> for both children<\/strong> and adults<\/strong>. She specializes in addressing concerns such as anxiety<\/strong>, depression<\/strong>, self-esteem<\/strong>, and relational issues<\/strong>. Abbey\u2019s strengths-based approach incorporates CBT<\/strong>, Motivational Interviewing<\/strong>, Solution-Focused Counselling<\/strong>, and Play Therapy Techniques<\/strong>. She has extensive experience working with children diagnosed with ASD<\/strong>, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities<\/strong>, and Learning Disabilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alexa Pugh, MSW – Registered Social Worker<\/strong>
Alexa specializes in mental health counselling<\/strong> for children<\/strong> and teens<\/strong> facing challenges such as anxiety<\/strong>, depression<\/strong>, school avoidance<\/strong>, self-harm<\/strong>, family conflict<\/strong>, and behavioral issues<\/strong>. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)<\/strong>, Play Therapy<\/strong>, and Strengths-Based Therapy<\/strong> to create a safe and healing space for positive change. Alexa is committed to supporting children and teens in developing healthy coping skills and reaching their personal goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
