She is a&nbsp;<strong>Registered Counselling Therapist<\/strong>&nbsp;with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT). Sarah holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology from Saint Mary\u2019s University (2009) and a Master\u2019s degree in Counselling Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland (2013).
